Свободная экономическая зона"Чирокчи" была основана постановлением президента Республики Узбекистан и начала свою деятельность в 2022 году. Общая площадь составляет 120 гектаров, 48 гектаров этих площадей занимают инженерные коммуникационные сети, для реализации инвестиционных проектов выделено 72 га (58 лотов). В СЭЗ «Чиракчи», согласно закону, указаны специальные налоги, а также льготы по таможенным платежам, налоговые льготы по использованию налога на имущество, земельного налога и водных ресурсов в зависимости от объема инвестиций. До сегодняшнего дня на онлайн платформе е-аукцион выставлено 72 га земли, 29 га земли продано 12 предпринимателям. Количество лотов – 58, из них 13 зарезервировано за предпринимателями. Стоимость реализуемых проектов составляет 1,4 трлн. сумов(97,1 млн долларов США), 4454 рабочих места. Согласно Указу Президента Республики Узбекистан от 29 ноября 2024 года №407 к СЭЗ «Чиракчи» присоединено 37,4 га земли, расположенной в массиве Шуробсой, Китабского района. Для инженерных коммуникаций выделено 13,8 га земли и 23,6 га земли на 14 лотах для размещения проектов. На сегодняшний день проекты общей стоимостью 17 миллионов долларов (474 рабочих места) реализуют 12 предпринимателей. Преимущества этого места в том, что поблизости, в этой части свободной экономической зоны, расположены рудники по добыче микрокальцида, известняка и камня. Экономическая зона полностью оборудована инженерными коммуникациями.

The total cost of the project is 35.5 million euros. The number of jobs is 3600. It is planned to produce 10,000 tons of products per year, the cost of which is 125 billion soums.
